Noemie's Ballerina Birthday Party

I am so excited to finally share these pictures with you ! Noemie's Ballerina Birthday party was magical and the the girls were all so cute in their Tutus !

We transformed our conservatory into a ballet studio where my daughter and her guests enjoyed a private ballet lesson. There I set up a little display using the ballet shoes frame I created earlier this year and her favourite ballet doll. I included some treats, pop corn and ballet (chocolate) bars, for our little ballerinas to re-fuel during their lesson !

I really wanted to carry the ballet studio theme to the dessert table and so decided to have a big mirror and a ballet bar in the display. The mirror was a fantastic ebay buy that I painted and distressed and my husband made the ballet bar.

Our little candy selection

Ruffle cake with fondant ballerina cake topper

The ballet buns are Tea Cakes !

Finally at the lunch table, each girl had her own mini cupcake stand with a vanilla cupcake, complete with a tutu cupcake topper. The girls loved those stands !
I made meringues and there were also store bought vanilla and jam cookies on display on the table.
I used tulle to decorate the chairs with big bows.
I made the lunch boxes from this template although I changed the measurements till the boxes were just the right size for me. And I used embellished pegs to close the boxes.

As favors, the girls took home some Ballerina Bracelets and chocolate lollies.

  7. Hi, the baller bar was homemade by my husband... He cut out two shapes from wood and glued a rod in between. Then I spray painted the whole thing white...
    Hope this helps...

  12. Beautiful party! Love all the details :) I've actually been looking for a cookie cutter like the one you used...would you mind sharing where you found it? I'd rather not hand-cut if possible! :) Thanks!
