{Craft} DIY Decorated mini candles

Hope you all had a fantastic Mother's day yesterday ! My week end was actually relaxing and restful and I am fully recharged for exciting projects and news...
The Pimm's night was on friday and I can't wait to share the pictures with you later this week.

Today I am sharing with you these customized mini candles.

Aren't they the cutest mini candles ??? Love how they turned out !
Since my girly cocktail night was held outside in the garden, I figured extra lighting was going to come in handy at some point in the evening ! And of course the candles had to match the rest of the theme :)

I bought a box of white tealight candles from Target and simply glued strips of paper onto the plastic holder. In this case the paper is the top layer of a Cath Kidston paper napkins which you might recognise from Chloe's Ice Cream Party.

If you like this project, then you might want to check out my decorated spoons too ! They are one of my favourite projects !

  2. What kind of glue did you use to glue the napkin onto the outside of the candle holder? Thanks! It's beautiful!

  3. Hi, Thanks for the kind words !
For this project I just used my kids craft glue !
But a decoupage glue like Mod Podge would work took.
