I spent last week end in Alsace (Eastern France) where they are famous for their traditional Christmas Market. No need to say that everything was tempting, the food and the xmas decorations especially....

I actually came back with quite a few treats ! A bag of Bredala (xmas biscuits), a big slice of "pain d'epice" and of course a lot of chocolate, most of it is already gone so, sorry, no pictures !!!

Alsace is really beautiful at this time of year. Christmas is a serious business and they spend a lot of time and effort decorating the town and villages.
