The Birthday Hat for Romain is ready !
I used a large sheet of scrapbook paper and this template from First Palette to make the hat.
I added some white ric rac at the bottom and hot glued a small pompom at the top.
I then glued the crepe paper rosette I shared with you yesterday slightly on the side.
Voila !
