Halloween Garland

As promised, here is my little pumpkin making her halloween garland. I punched the circles but she was really happy to do the rest.
Simple craft but it kept her busy for a good half an hour !!!

Now MY craft for halloween is to try and make a felt Pumpkin hairclip, inspired by this one.... and maybe a little costume for my younger daughter, we shall see !

Halloween purchase

Since I haven't been able to find a decent scrapbooking shop near our new house, I decided it would be quicker to just buy some digital paper online in order to make our own little halloween garland.
So I went to my favorite place : Etsy !

I started looking for digital paper but I soon found some very cute collage circles and thought they were just perfect.
I bought these from BlessedShop, aren't they cute ? This is the Happy Halloween collection.

Halloween Inspiration

Although I haven't been able to post for a while, sorry for that, I have tried and keep a eye on a few blogs I like and two of them has come up with great Halloween ideas. I would like to introduce you to Craftaholics Anonymous and It's a Good Day. Linda and Teresa always comes up with great ideas, I don't know how they can both be so creative !!!

Teresa form It's a Good Day, made this simple little paper and ribbon garland, which I think I will enjoy making with my 4 year old daughter, it should be simple and quick enough for her!

She also made a felt finger puppet, cute ! You can see all her fantastic halloween crafts here.

One month later...

It has taken them ONE MONTH to install the new telephone lines and broadband in our new home !!! Can you believe this ? Are we really in 2010 ???
Anyway, the important thing is I am now able to post again and the subject this week is going to be Halloween and a few crafty finds.
